Sur cette page j'explique comment rester hors oxygène depuis le début de la fermentation, en passant par le «&amp;nbsp;cold crash&amp;nbsp;», jusqu'à la fin de l'embouteillage sans jamais avoir à ouvrir le fermenteur.<br /> <br /> Si le maintien hors oxygène ne pose pas de problème particulier, la solution de houblonnage à sec que j'y présente reste assez limitée.
